As the Founder and Director of Avoria, Alisha leads our multidisciplinary team with a deep commitment to family-centered care. Having supported children with autism and developmental disabilities across home, school, center, and community environments, Alisha established Avoria to make high-quality therapy accessible, transparent, and seamless for families.

Under her leadership, Avoria operates with a strict zero-waitlist philosophy, ensuring children receive timely, individualized interventions led by certified clinicians.

Clinical Oversight & Behavioral Program Design

Our credentialed Behaviour Analysts lead individual program designs, conduct formal assessments, and provide ongoing clinical supervision. They work closely with families to establish meaningful, individualized goals and ensure data-driven progress.

Mikhaela Fernandez, BCBA & RBA

BCBA & RBA (Ontario)

Mikhaela is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) in Ontario, with 6 years of experience in Applied Behaviour Analysis. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University and a Master’s in Disabilities Studies, specializing in Applied Behaviour Analysis, from Brock University.

She's passionate about supporting individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities and feels truly grateful to work alongside families. Her goal is to provide compassionate, individualized support that helps build meaningful skills, confidence, and positive change in everyday life.

Saikha Baig, RBA & BCBA

Saikha Baig

RBA & BCBA (Ontario)

Saikha is a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Toronto, Ontario, and has been working in the field since 2020.

She holds a Master's of Applied Disability Studies from Brock University and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from York University. Saikha has experience working in both clinical settings and Indigenous communities, providing services in 1:1 and group settings. Her experience includes providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), executive functioning and social skills programming for children, youth, and young adults, as well as training and coaching for parents and staff.

What she loves most about this work is seeing the individuals she supports, whether children, youth, young adults, parents, or staff, gain confidence in their own skills and abilities. She finds it incredibly rewarding to help others recognize their strengths, work toward their goals, and experience success in their efforts.
